Facilities FAQs
Yes. The site has shower and toilet facilities, with separate male and female amenities. There are 3 female showers, 2 female toilets, 2 male showers and 2 male toilets on site.
Yes. There is a pot washing area close to the facilities block.
Yes. The site has drinking water available at the facilities area, and fresh water points are available at the entrance and exit area.
Yes. Guests are given a Wi-Fi code after booking.
Yes. These service points are located at the entrance and exit to the caravan site.
No. Motorhomes are advised that grey water cannot be emptied directly over the drain and will need to be emptied manually.
Yes. Barbecues are allowed, but they must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Yes. Fires are allowed in raised fire pits only.
Yes. Awnings, gazebos and pup tents are allowed free of charge.

Camping, Caravans and Motorhomes FAQs
Yes. Caravans and motorhomes are welcome on the non-electric grass pitches, but limited to units no longer than 7 metres.
No. We do not have electric hook-ups, and so the site is better suited to a more back-to-basics stay.
Yes. The camping and touring pitches are grass pitches.
Yes. The pitches are suitable for tents, trailer tents and roof/car tents as well as caravans and campervans.
Yes. Units longer than 7 metres are not allowed, so it is worth checking measurements before booking.
Glamping FAQs
Brosterfield’s glamping option is an unfurnished bell tent, giving you the feel of camping without needing to bring and pitch your own tent.
Yes. The bell tents have log burners, with logs available as an extra.
Yes. Because the bell tents are unfurnished, guests are expected to bring the equipment and bedding they would normally take camping.
Yes. The bell tent gusts can use the shared site facilities, which are nearby.
Dog Friendly FAQs
Yes. Dogs are welcome at Brosterfield Caravan Park.
For camping, caravans and motorhomes, Brosterfield allows up to two dogs per pitch, and one dog is allowed in each bell tent.
Yes. Breeds and crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.
Booking and Arrival FAQs
Bookings are made through the park’s live online availability and booking calendar, or if you would like to ask questions before making a booking, please email us on penny@brosterfieldcp.co.uk
If your stay is more than 31 days away, a 50% deposit is required. If your arrival is within 31 days, full payment is due at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable, and no amendments or changes are allowed within 31 days of arrival.
For camping and touring stays, check-in is from 12:30pm and check-out is by 11am.
Glamping check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
No. There are strictly no arrivals before 12.30pm without prior arrangement.
Brosterfield does not offer designated pitch numbers when you book, so specific pitch requests cannot be guaranteed.
The park says a deposit is required to secure a booking, deposits are non-refundable, full payment is due closer to arrival, and cancellations or changes within 31 days of arrival are non-refundable.
No. We do not accept group bookings.
No. Commercial vehicles and sign-written vehicles are not permitted.
Yes. Units longer than 7 metres are not allowed.
No. Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
