Brosterfield offers the practical features touring guests need for a comfortable stay. There are separate male and female showers and toilets, a pot washing area, drinking water, WiFi access, and waste points for chemical toilet disposal, grey water and fresh water near the entrance and exit to the site.

For motorhome guests, it is worth noting that grey water cannot be emptied directly over the drain point and must be emptied manually. That makes Brosterfield best suited to guests who are happy with a simpler touring setup and understand the practical side of staying on a non-serviced grass site.


Good to know before you arrive

Camping and touring check-in is from 12.30pm, with check-out by 11am. Brosterfield is a quiet site and does not accept large group bookings, with no music allowed, which helps preserve the calm atmosphere many guests choose the site for.

Dogs are welcome on touring pitches, but are limited to up to two dogs per camping, caravan or motorhome pitch. Raised barbecues and fire pits are allowed, but the overall feel of the site remains peaceful and considerate rather than lively or noisy.

Brosterfield Caravan Park is a dog-friendly site, so your four-legged companion does not have to miss out on your Peak District break. Two dogs are allowed per camping, caravan or motorhome pitch, while one dog is allowed in each glamping tent.
